We intend to publish the Proceedings of the Conference in a special volume of the São Paulo Journal of Mathematical Sciences due to appear in 2013. We would like to invite you to contribute with a paper or a survey to this special issue. Due to space restrictions we suggest that the length of each manuscript should not exceed 20-30 pages. All the submissions will be refereed according to the usual procedure. The deadline for submissions is January 31, 2013 and the manuscripts should be sent to Waldyr Oliva or Pedro Gonçalves Henriques.
